Fueled by a mouth that never stops running and arrogance as scorching as the shock of red hair on his head, Heath Slater certainly lives up to his self-imposed moniker, “The One-Man Band.”
Hailing from West Virginia, Slater first exploded onto the WWE scene as a rookie on WWE NXT’s inaugural season. Right out of the gate, Slater made an impact becoming the first-ever NXT Rookie to defeat a WWE Pro in a singles match.

WWE superstar lifts up flood victims in West Virginia – Article & Tweets
He’s the Pineville native known for throwing down his opponents in the ring of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). But on Thursday, Heath Slater, AKA Heath Miller, returned to West Virginia to help flood victims bounce back.
The wrestler started the day loading supplies at the Sophia Fire Dept. Bingo Hall and then left with volunteers to deliver items to flood victims in Clay County.
Miller grew up in Pineville and graduated from Wyoming East High School in 2002. He said he just wanted to give back to the state that helped shape him on Thursday.
“To me, it was just heartbreaking to see the pictures, and knowing that I had time off to come up here and try to put some smiles on kids faces and uplift some people…I think I can help too,”
Flood relief efforts continue tonight for the wrestler at Muncheez Bar and Grill on Harper Road, where Miller will attend a benefit concert for flood victims.
Matt Mullins and The Bringdowns, Clinton Scott from Pink Casino, and Greg Lilly from Motion Theater are set to perform. The concert begins at 8 p.m.

Raw Results & Digitals – July 4, 2016
Tonight’s WWE RAW opens with the roster backstage at a 4th of July celebration.Goldust and R-Truth are on a small stage with a mic. The Vaudevillains come in trying to crash the party. They kick Golden Truth off the stage and do their own musical rendition of the Declaration of Independence. Everyone boos them and Aiden English gets smacked in the face with some food. WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz and Maryse crash the party next.
Miz says he will not allow another WWE holiday party to be ruined by a food fight. He says today is not about food fights, it’s about… Miz gets decked with a bunch of chocolate. Someone nails Maryse with food next and a huge food fight breaks out. It ends with Kane and Big Show double chokeslamming Heath Slater through a table.
Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass
Back from the break and out comes Bo Dallas, Heath Slater and Curtis Axel dressed as Minute Men from the Revolutionary War. Bo takes the mic but is immediately interrupted by the music as Enzo Amore and Big Cass come out. They make their usual introductions and head to the ring.
Bo starts off with Enzo and takes him to the corner for a beatdown. Quick tags between Axel and Bo keep Enzo down in the corner as they stomp away. They double team Enzo and Axel covers for a close 2 count. Slater plays a flute at ringside. Axel misses a shot off the turnbuckles and Enzo tags in Cass. He unloads on both opponents and slams Bo for the Empire Elbow. Cass tosses Axel out onto Slater. Bo tries to roll him up but gets nailed with a big boot. Enzo tags in for the Rocket Launcher and the win.

Raw Results & Digitals – June 27, 2016
Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady are on their way to the ring. They do their usual introduction. Enzo says there ain’t a Beach Boy out there who can ride this wave. This wave is you people. You people are the wave. He says they are going to ride that wave to the top. Enzo wants everyone to wait until the match starts and he wants everyone to do the wave.
Match Number Four: Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady versus Mitch Rolde and Carlos Cocci
Enzo and Cassady attack their opponents and Cassady hits a boot. They hit the Rocket Launcher for the three count.
Winners: Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady
After the match, Enzo and Cass do some spelling. The Social Outcasts interrupt the spelling lesson as they make their way onto the stage. Bo says there is only one word to describe them. There is only one word to describe them and it ain’t sawft. Bo asks for an H, A, R, and D. Heath says the Social Outcasts are back, baybay. They are fresh off the set of Marine 5. They are ready for some action. Curtis tells the softies to get out because there are some Hard OGs. Enzo asks if they are hard. Bo says you better BOLIEVE it. Colin asks which one is the hardest. They argue over their hardness and then Bo tells them not to let them get in the way.
Colin kicks Slater off the apron. Bo and Curtis get on the apron and we have a stand off, but Curtis and Bo go to the floor. Colin says there is only one word to describe the Social Outcasts and they spell it out.

I’m unsure of why the previous setup notifying everyone of the current situation got removed (seriously, what’s going on with my luck lately?!) but we’ll definitely be back soon. I’m working on getting at least a temporary layout and some posts set up. Thanks for your patience!

PJ BLACK (AKA JUSTIN GABRIEL) DISCUSSES HEATH SLATER
What was it like winning the Tag Team titles with Heath Slater?
They were great times, it was pretty cool. Heath is a very good friend of mine and for the first three or four years we actually traveled together, so I would be spending five out of seven days a week with this guy. He is still one of my best buddies and is just a great guy who is super talented, I don’t think many fans realize how talented he actually is.
It’s kind different when your actually in the business, you grow up idolizing some people but then when you start working with them they’re really not that good. Heath is the opposite, everyone thinks he’s cool, funny and entertaining but in the ring he is so freaking good.
Winning the tag team titles with Heath on three occasions was really fun and I hope we can have another run one day.
Definitely check out the rest of the interview for more great information including his thoughts on Nexus. You can read the full interview here.
